This article covers the following topics:
What's changed
- Canadian and US users now have the ability to add optional notes when recording a bulk program.
- CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY: In accordance with the 2022 Hunger Count report, Link2Feed has created a new table to track unique clients who are either a visibility minority or a non-visible minority.
Enhancements & Resolved Issues:
Bulk Program Notes
Customers now have the ability to add optional notes to a bulk program recording. When saved to a bulk recording, these notes appear in a new column called “Notes” on the Bulk Record Data page. Notes also appear on the Review Data page under the “Details” column. Data export tools (Copy, CSV, PDF, Print) have also been added to the Bulk Record Data and Review Data pages in this release.
Resolved item:
Previously, there was no option to add notes to a bulk recording, or export data from the Bulk Record Data and Review Data pages. This update makes it easy to capture and export important context on Bulk Programs.

2022 Hunger Count Updates:
In accordance with the 2022 Hunger Count report, Link2Feed has added a new section to the end of Question B2 to better track visible and non-visible minorities. This table is titled Visible Minorities and tracks a unique client count of individuals who identify as either visible minorities or non-visible minorities. Clients with unknown ethnicities are excluded from this table. Additionally, the Ethnicity table has been renamed Racial Identity for the 2022 report. It continues to collect data for each identity a client specifies (i.e. if a client selected more than one ethnicity, each would be represented).
Resolved item:
This new section of the Hunger Count collects the total count of unique individuals, excluding those that have Didn’t Ask, Don’t Know, and Prefer Not to Answer, as well as individuals who select Other as their only option.
