Queue times explained:
When it comes to pulling reports, the current metric we're using is based on the number of organizations being reported on, and the number of days being reported on. A "big" report is one that is over a year for over a thousand agencies. That goes into the "Big Report" queue, and those can take hours to run, each. Every other report (eg- a few hundred sites, for a year or less) is in the "Small Report" queue. Sometimes the "small" reports take a few seconds. Sometimes they take 20-30 minutes each, and there could still be hours to run a report that itself only takes a few seconds because there were several 20-30min reports in the queue ahead of it.
We know this is a challenge and we are working on several solutions for better visibility around this process, and working towards having more reports running at once overall so that people get a faster response in the future.
