CNCT Fixes
- CNCT- Client ID Workflow Repair
An issue was resolved in the CNCT Client ID Workflow. When a client creates a new account in CNCT and enters their first name, last name, and date of birth alongside a Client ID, but the first/last/birthdate does not match the record associated with the Client ID, a new client profile will be created.

Case Management Fixes
- Visit date validation set too far in the past. When entering visit dates, dates very far in the past could be entered. Visits should not be permitted to be entered prior to 1990. This issue has now been resolved.

Case Management Fixes
- Survey exports were not including deleted runs, this issue has been fixed but will not repair previously deleted surveys only those moving forward.
- An organization was receiving a 500 error when attempting to edit specific provisions, this issue has been fixed.
- An issue was found where a program was showing at agencies where it was unassigned, this has been resolved.
- A user was encountering a No Peeking screen when attempting to book a food bank visit, this has been fixed.
Inventory Fixes
- When recording a visit with POS Integration, in a case where the worker had slow internet, it was sometimes possible to record a visit before the validation prevented the visit from being recorded. It is expected that no visit can be recorded without first navigating to POS. This issue has been resolved. The Save button on visits will now be disabled until the page fully loads, and then it will be enabled.

Case Management Fixes
- Issue impacting an organization where they discovered an anonymous client with an appointment - Due to this a 500 error would appear when trying to edit the visit. This issue has been fixed.
- Issue impacting an organization's ability to pull a regional visit export has been fixed. This was caused due to the number of options in the identification field.
CACFP & SFSP Fixes
- An organization was unable to edit a meal service - the issue has been fixed as it was caused by the meal type being blank. When editing a summer meal service without selecting a meal type an error message will appear.
Inventory Fixes
- Inventory items can only input ounces to a single decimal place - this issue has been fixed and updated to have three decimal places.

Case Management Fixes
- Pending transaction list 504 error: This issue has been fixed so that it works at the network level. Running the pending transaction list on the network with a large number of agencies caused a 504 error.
- CSFP check-in is visible when off - the issue has been fixed and check-in should be visible if the setting is on.
- Where error appeared: In the CSFP State-Specific program options, CSFP Check-In is Off. On the CSFP tab at agencies in that state, the CSFP Check-In button is present. There is a banner at the top of the client's profile for the next check-in date. Check-In should only be visible if the setting is on.
- Intake user program permissions: An issue has been fixed to ensure a program should be visible only if it is assigned to the agency.
- The issue being encountered: Two agencies are showing a program button, but the program is not turned on at either agency.
CNCT Fixes
- CNCT application deployment fails. There was an issue in CNCT being able to be deployed by our team, this has been fixed.
CACFP/SFSP Fixes
- Unable to see the delete icon on the network and the agency settings, this issue has been fixed.
- The issue that was encountered: After enabling agency settings, the delete icon for the agency was not showing up.

Case Management Fixes
- Delivery Route Reorder Error: The ability to click and drop clients into the desired order has been re-enabled.
- Intake: Inability to unlink the client from the households displayed - The issue has been resolved
The issue appears to happen when a household is deleted or when the merge/move happens and ultimately there isn’t anyone left in the household. - Intake: CA Statistics Report - Racial Identity- Issue has been fixed
An issue was uncovered where the ___ Asian (XXX, YYY, ZZZ) options were encountering an issue. If a client was West Asian (…, …, …) the commas in the name were making our reporting system think that it was multiple ethnicity. So they were getting flagged as “Other Multiple Ethnicity” when in fact they were just West Asian for example.

- Assessments - Multiple Choice Values validation issue. When completing an assessment, Multiple Choice questions will not pass validation, saying the Value is not valid. This issue has been fixed.
- Intake - Slowness in the link2feed system while adding HH members. This Issue has been fixed.

Case Management Fixes
- Adding an anonymous household member triggers an error: it was throwing an error using iPad to add anonymous household members - this issue has been fixed.
Assessment Export Fixes
- Assessment Export: was not pulling all assessments for a date after UTC midnight - this issue was fixed. Anything recorded after UTC midnight wasn't showing up in the export. Updated so that it also considers the time part until the end of the day to make sure all of the record shows up.
- Assessment Export UTC Visit Date Issue: a visit was present, but had tomorrow’s date as the visit date. (Assessment was on May 17, export was pulled from May 17 - May 17, Visit Date reads May 18) - this issue was fixed.
TEFAP Fixes
- Intake: a 500 Error was generated intermittently while recording TEFAP Visits due to the invalid date- this issue has been fixed. Validation was added to the signature form to ensure the date being submitted is valid. The error was caused by missing or invalid dates being submitted.
- Intake: in TEFAP Certification a proper error message was not displayed - this issue has been fixed.
Unable to certify for the TEFAP on the TEFAP tab. On click of the Save option, no action was performed on the TEFAP tab - this has been fixed.
Custom Import Fixes
- Custom Import Validation was failing on Merged and Archived Clients: the exception was fixed.
If a client has no Household, from a merge or other processes, it would throw an Exception in the Custom Import- this issue has been fixed. - Custom Import was saying client not found instead of generating a Merge message: that issue has been fixed. On the second import of the same client by updating the DOB, the correct message about "client is merged" is not displayed - this issue has been fixed

Case Management Fixes
- The Appointment List was showing the incorrect client: this issue has been fixed. When recording an appointment for a household with multiple members, sometimes the client on the appointment list would be a household member who has never had a recorded visit on the Services tab.
- The Visit Export had multiple rows: this issue has been fixed related to household member showing in the visit list. When recording an Visit for a household with multiple members, sometimes the client on the appointment list would be a household member who has never been to the services tab.
- Unable to edit the Programs: 500 Error has been fixed. There were some program frequency options that didn't have any specific organization so this basically added a null check causing the system to generate a 500 error.

Case Management Fixes
- Client Search in iPad has been fixed: We have reworked the way we log to be more in line with how we manage other data to improve its reliability as well as enable us to properly see the cause of any failures that may occur (but are not expected to).
- POS Transaction issue has been fixed: POS Inventory was not updating, Job worker lost db connection, restarted and jobs are running again.
- Client Search history wasn't showing in the list has been fixed: That particular client ID has a status Intake, which is explicitly excluded from the Search history list.
- Preferred Agency not opening in Tablet View has been fixed.
- Opening of the dropdown in a small browser ( Tablet) has been fixed.
POS
- Duplicate item distribution issue has been fixed: The Add button was visually disabling, but still clickable. This was allowing workers to accidentally double-click Add and not notice and Checkout with more items than expected in the cart.
Inventory
- POS visit not deleted with Case Management visit has been fixed: Previously, we would delete the visit and then redirect to delete the POS transaction. This could be interrupted. We’ve reworked it to
do an asynchronous request to delete the POS Transaction first, then upon that being successful, we delete the visit. This will prevent orphaning of POS Transactions.

Case Management Fixes
- The Statistics Report including Regional Statistics Report has been updated to reflect correct information in tooltips. We changed the wording “Aggregate Across” with “One Row Total” in the tooltips for “Visits: Households Served by Program Name (Unique)” and “Visits: Program Name/Program Type (Duplicated)".
- Visit frequency at an agency has been fixed - The problem was that visits at Agency B would prevent visits at Agency A even when not on the same day.
- If a visit frequency setting is set at a network, it should function as it previously had where Visit Frequencies were by program. If the network sets 1 visit per 1 day, and Agency A sets 1 visit per 30 days, then any visit across the network will be blocked at any agency that does NOT have its own settings.
- If a visit frequency setting is set at the agency, it should ONLY use its own setting.
- At agencies using the network setting, visits to agencies that have an agency setting will still count. For example: The network is set to 1 visit per 1 day, Agency A is set to 1 visit per 30 days, and Agencies B and C use the network setting. In this circumstance:
- A person who visits Agency A will NOT be able to visit Agency B or C on that day but will be able to visit Agency B or C the next day.
- A person who visits Agency B WILL be able to visit Agency A that same day or a future day (as Agency A only cares about visits to their own agency.) However, the same person will NOT be able to visit Agency C that same day but will be able to visit on a future day.

- Exports: Visit export issue has been fixed. The signature columns were rendering a column to the left of where they should have been, overwriting whichever column was beside it. This now renders in the proper column.

- Reports: Period in provisions caused changing columns, provision names with "." were being parsed incorrectly, causing them to be grouped.
- Dietary Considerations - Specify (other) Text Field Missing
The rendering of Dietary considerations was missing the required parameters for this to function. The rendering of the options has now been corrected. - Header Incorrect in Provisions(Unique Households)
Provisions should now load in the proper columns.
CSFP Fixes
- CSFP Check-In: Fixed issue with the CSFP Check-In not properly restricting the recording of visits until a client is checked in when this setting is in place.

Case Management Fixes
- French users can use the language French for the intake process.
- A user-specific issue linked to an agency exception appearing for the calendar reset date has been resolved.
- An issue where a user received a 500 error when viewing a survey response has been resolved.
- Case management locked field settings for parent and child have been fixed.
- Consent status: can now be seen in the Appointments List.
- Consent status: a consent status column has been added and will be generated when a user prints the Appointments List.
- Voice and text consent: the issue of showing the wrong value has been fixed.
- RFA program: users saw a 500 error when saving a visit in the RFA program, this has been resolved by saving checkbox fields properly.
- Hiding of the enforce caseloads option while navigating to appointment options has been fixed.
CSFP Fixes
- CSFP Kit Issuance: Consent to contact checkboxes have been added under CSFP Kit issuances.
- Double distribution: a restriction for CSFP double distribution has been added.
- There was an issue where CSFP eligibility was counting hidden income and users were not able to recertify clients, this has been resolved.
- Signature options: Verbal Consent as the allowed signature option has been added.
TEFAP
- TEFAP restrictions: an operation setting has been added to restrict anonymous households from creating TEFAP visits.
- TEFAP restrictions: there is now an option whereby users can now be restricted from recording anonymous TEFAP visits.

Case Management Fixes
- Regional Consent Settings: This was caused by a bug in the Organization settings. It was causing the wrong Consent to be found in some cases, resulting in the system requiring a re-signed disclaimer.
- HHM Fields - Regional Fields Editable at Agency: This was caused by a bug in the Organization Fields. This bug caused it to find the wrong settings in situations where a Regional organization exists.
- Anonymous HHM Setting UI Issues: The option didn't grey out at regional organizations if set at parent organization. This issue has been resolved.
- Agency Program Exceptions: Clicking on the edit button next to an agency with an exception would cause a 500 error page to appear. This occurred when the only exceptions were Provisions. If there were any other exceptions, the link would render properly. This issue has been resolved.
- Agency Managers were able to delete settings on hidden fields due to an error: Changes to the hidden fields can no longer be done: The issue has been fixed.
- Archived Clients In Appointment List: Archived clients were being set to a null household, causing the Appointment list to have an error: This issue has been fixed.
CSFP Fixes
- CSFP Kit Issuance - Cannot Include Inactive Sites: Only inactive sites should be included in the list: The issue has been fixed
- CSFP Caseload Reports not loading: CSFP Caseload reporting is working when Agency Caseloads are used: The issue has been resolved.
