Managing Network Fields
To manage your Network fields, you must be logged into your organization at the network level.
Once logged in, you can access your network fields in two ways:

Via the Administration Menu:
- Click on Administration in the left navigation pane.
- Select Organizations. This will take you to the Organizations and Programs table.
- Click on the C MGMT FIELDS tab to access and modify your network fields.

Through the Case Management Application:
- Click on the Case Management application.
- Select Administration from the left navigation pane.
- Click on Fields to reach the C MGMT FIELDS tab, where you can make your changes.
Field Management Options
Network Administrators have various options for tracking each field:
- ON/Locked: The field is enabled for all agencies and cannot be turned off at the agency level.
- ON/Optional: The field is enabled for all agencies but can be turned off at the agency level.
- OFF: The field is disabled for all agencies and cannot be activated at the agency level.
- Required: This field must be filled out.
- Not Required: This field is optional.
- Choice: Agencies can decide whether this field should be required or optional.
Important: Don’t forget to save your changes by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking one of the following:
- Save & Previous
- Save Changes
- Save & Next

Agency can edit if they want it to be required or not required. The Field cannot be turned off. |

Agency can choose if they want it to be required or not required, or not tracked at all. When selected, this will default to ON at agencies. |

Managing Agency Fields
Agency fields can be customized by Network Administrators and users with the Agency Manager role.
Once logged into your network, you can access your Agency settings in two ways:

Via the Administration Menu:
- Click on Administration in the left navigation pane.
- Select Organizations to open the Organizations and Programs table.
- In the Actions column, click the orange edit icon next to the agency you wish to configure.
- Select the C MGMT FIELDS tab to access and modify your agency fields.

Through the Organization Icon:
- Click on the Organization icon in the top right corner and select the agency you wish to configure.
- In the left navigation pane, click Administration, then Organizations, and select the C MGMT FIELDS tab to modify your agency fields.
Agency Field Display
The agency will only display settings that Network Administrators have set to ON/Optional or Choice at the agency level:

ON/OFF: The network allows agencies to choose whether to track this field.
- If greyed out to ON, the network has locked this field for tracking.
- If greyed out to OFF, the network has locked this field from tracking.

Required/Not Required: The network allows agencies to decide if this field is mandatory.
- If greyed out to Required, the network has enforced this field as required.
- If greyed out to Not Required, the network has made this field optional.
Important: Remember to save your changes by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking one of the following:
- Save & Previous
- Save Changes
- Save & Next
