Agency Managers and above can view, edit and delete an anonymous visit for their agencies.

Viewing an Anonymous Visit
- Navigate to Clients on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select Anonymous Visits.
- A list will appear showing all anonymous visits recorded for the agency.
Editing an Anonymous Visit
- Navigate to Anonymous Visits under Clients on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click on the orange Edit button (pencil) beside the visit you want to edit. This will bring you to a new page to edit details for the visit.
- Once you are satisfied with the changes navigate to the bottom of the page and click on the Save button to save your changes or the Cancel button to discard them.
Deleting an Anonymous Visit
- Navigate to Anonymous Visits under Clients on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click on the Delete (trash) icon beside the visit you want to delete.
Once a visit is deleted it can not be undone. The delete button does not display an additional confirmation window. A new Anonymous Visit would need to be created.
