How to submit a Feature Request
Link2Feed reviews all Feature Requests as part of our ongoing product improvement process. Many of our most popular features have come directly from client suggestions. When reviewing requests, our team evaluates whether the enhancement will positively impact the majority of users and align with product direction.
Feature requests are no longer submitted directly within the Link2Feed application. Instead, clients should contact Link2Feed Support and clearly indicate that their request is a Feature Enhancement Request.
Please see here for a help centre article on how to submit a ticket to Link2Feed Support.
When submitting your request, please include the following details:
What is your problem or request?
Provide a clear description of the issue or enhancement you are requesting. If possible, include a detailed user story using the format below:
As a <type of user>
I want <functionality>
So that <outcome>
What are you trying to achieve?
Explain the reason for your request and why it is important to your workflow or reporting needs. Focus on the underlying need rather than a specific system change, as there may already be an existing solution.
What is your current workaround? (optional)
If applicable, describe how you are currently managing this need within the system.
Once submitted, the Support team will review your request and log it as a Feature Enhancement Request if appropriate. Clients can also track updates or follow up on submitted requests by replying directly within the support ticket thread.
How to use the Link2Feed Support Bot
We’ve introduced a new way to get help—meet Charlie, our Help Centre Assistant!
(We're currently testing this AI chatbot, so things might not be perfect just yet, but we'd like to hear your feedback as we improve)
You can chat with Charlie:
Directly within the Link2Feed system, or
While browsing the User Manual
In both places, just click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen to start a conversation. Feel free to ask Charlie how-to questions or for help finding resources—he’s here to support you!
Please note: The Support Documentation link within the Link2Feed bubble in the bottom right-hand corner has been disabled. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to use Charlie for accessing helpful articles and support!
