Managing Network Settings
To manage your Network settings, you need to be logged in at the network level of your organization.
Once logged in, there are two ways to access your network settings:
-
Via Administration:
- Click Administration in the left navigation pane.
- Select Organizations, which will take you to the Organizations and Programs table.
- Click the C MGMT SETTINGS tab to access and modify your network settings.
-
Via Case Management Application:
- Open the Case Management application.
- Click Administration in the left navigation pane and select Settings.
- Navigate to the C MGMT SETTINGS tab to adjust your network settings.
Network Administrators have three tracking options for each setting:
- ON/Locked: The setting is enabled across all agencies and cannot be modified at the agency level.
- ON/Optional: The setting is enabled by default but can be turned off by individual agencies.
- OFF: The setting is disabled across all agencies and cannot be enabled at the agency level.
After making changes, be sure to save by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking Save & Previous, Save Changes, or Save & Next.
Exceptions: Clicking the blue folder icon under the Exceptions column shows the options agencies have chosen if the setting is ON/Optional. Hover over the question mark icons beside each option for a description of what the setting does. Settings not included in your network’s package will appear with a grey-shaded background, with a pop-up explanation when hovered over.
Managing Agency Settings
Agency settings can be customized by Network Administrators and Agency Managers.
To access and manage your agency settings, you have two options:
-
Via Administration:
- Click Administration in the left navigation pane.
- Select Organizations, which will take you to the Organizations and Programs table.
- In the Actions column, click the orange edit icon next to the agency you want to configure, and then select the C MGMT SETTINGS tab to manage the agency's settings.
-
Via Organization Icon:
- Click the Organization icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the agency you want to configure.
- From the left navigation pane, click Administration, then Organizations, and navigate to the C MGMT SETTINGS tab.
The C MGMT SETTINGS tab only displays settings that Network Administrators have set to ON/Optional at the network level, allowing agencies to toggle them on or off.
After making changes, click Save & Previous, Save Changes, or Save & Next at the bottom of the page.
Changes made at the agency level will be reflected at the network level in the Exceptions folder (blue icon) on the network C MGMT SETTINGS tab. Hover over the question mark icon next to each option to view its description. Grey-shaded rows indicate settings that are not included in the network’s package or are disabled at the network level.
Managing Case Management Question Phrasing

-
Via Case Management Application:
- Open the Case Management application.

Important Notes:
- If a field is locked at the regional level, it cannot be changed at the network level.
- When question phrasing is modified at the network level, agencies cannot turn off the phrasing at the agency level.
- Each field can accommodate up to 1,500 characters of custom instructions or phrasing.
After making changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save & Previous, Save Changes, or Save & Next.
