Accessing Program Settings
To review or edit program settings, log in to the appropriate organization:
- Network: To edit a network program.
- Agency: To edit an agency program.
Steps to Access Program Settings:
- Click on Open in the case management tile.
- Select Administration in the left pane, then choose Network programs or Agency programs.
- Find the desired program and click the orange edit button.
Program Settings Overview
When viewing program settings, you will find the following key headings:
- Name: The official title of the program.
- Summary: A brief description that appears on the program button.
- Type: The designated program type.
- Active: Indicates whether the program is currently active.
Visit Options
In the Visit Options section, configure various requirements for visits under the program:
- Visit Reason: Specify if a reason for the visit is needed.
- Visit Reason Required: Choose whether providing a visit reason is mandatory.
- Delivery Options: Decide if tracking delivery requirements is necessary.
- Referred To: Track referrals made to clients.
- Allow Same Day Visits: Enable recording multiple visits on the same day.
- Visit Frequency: Establish rules for how often clients can visit (e.g., every x days).
Appointment Options
Indicate if appointment options are enabled:
- Off: No appointment tracking.
- Date: Track basic day availability.
- Date & Time: Track specific days and hours.
- Caseloads: Track availability with appointment limits.
Closure Dates
Use the Add Closures button to specify days when appointments are unavailable.
Do Not Allow Settings
Configure settings to prevent program visibility in external systems:
- Do Not Allow CNCT Appointments: Hides the program from CNCT.
- Do Not Allow API Appointments: Hides the program from API access.
Signature Options
Add a signature option and format disclaimers. This feature is customizable only at the Network level.
Food and Items Provided
Specify the items tracked in this program:
- Require Food Provisions: Make food tracking mandatory.
- Require Item Provisions: Make item tracking mandatory.
- Visit Quantity: Customize the quantity label.
Program Provisions
This section lists all active provisions available for tracking. You can manage the status (active/inactive) of each provision.
Tracking Types Available:
- Count of Items: Total count of provisions.
- Currency: Dollar value of provisions.
- Weight: Weight value of provisions.
- Checkbox: Allows for easy tracking with checkboxes.
Disclaimers / Change History
Final fields include:
- Disclaimer: Log of changes made.
- Agency Exceptions List: Displays customizations made by assigned agencies.
- Program Options Change History: Tracks changes, including dates and users involved.
