The Client Notes Review feature allows you to review notes left on client profiles in an organized and efficient way.
Steps to Create a Client Notes Review

Navigate to Client Notes Review
On the left-hand side of the screen, select Clients and then Client Notes Review. -
Apply Filters
Use the following filters to refine your search:- Organizations: Select the organization whose notes you want to view.
- Start Date/End Date: Specify the date range for when the notes were written.
- Keywords: Search for specific keywords within the notes.
The results will show who wrote the note, when it was written, and the name of the client associated with the note.

Review Tools
After generating the list, you'll find additional tools in the upper-right corner of the table:- Copy: Copies the table to your clipboard.
- CSV: Exports the table as a CSV file, compatible with programs like Microsoft Excel.
- PDF: Exports the table as a PDF document.
- Print: Provides a printer-friendly version of the table. (Press Esc to return to the report.)

90-Day Limit
The system only allows you to generate reports within a 90-day window. If you select a longer range, the system will automatically adjust the end date to 90 days after the selected start date to maintain performance speed.
