Overview: File Uploads allow our partners to attach important documents directly to a client's profile within their Link2Feed system. By keeping all relevant files in one place, our partners can easily access, review, and manage client documentation without needing external storage.
This can be useful for:

Accessing Files
1. Log in: Log in to your network using your credentials.
2. Locate a Client:
- Navigate into a Client's profile page
- Toggle to the FILES tab

How to Upload a File
1. Log in: Log in to your network using your credentials.
- Log in and locate the client's profile.
- Click on the FILES tab in the profile menu.
2. Click “Upload File”:
- Click the + Upload File button.
3. Select the File:
- Choose the file from your device.
- Input a Name and select a File Type
4. Save the File:
- Click Upload and Continue to complete the upload.
- The file will now appear under the FILES tab.
How to Edit a File
1. Locate the File:
- Go to the FILES tab in the client’s profile.
- Find the file you need to update.
2. Edit File Details:
- Click the pencil/edit icon next to the Name or File Type.
- Modify the file name or type as needed.
3. Save Changes:
- Save the changes by pressing Enter/submit on your keyboard or clicking out of the edit box.
How to Delete a File
1. Find the File:
- Navigate to the FILES tab in the client’s profile.
- Locate the file you want to remove.
2. Delete the File:
- Click the trash can icon next to the file.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
🚨 Note: Only Network Administrators can delete a file. Deleting a file is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure the file is no longer needed before removing it.
