Welcome to Case Management! As an intake user, you'll be able to record client visits, set up future services, and easily manage your tasks from the dashboard.
π Logging In
Enter your email address and password associated with your Link to Feed account.
After logging in, you'll be prompted to change your password for security. Make sure it's at least 8 characters long, including both upper and lower case letters, a number, and a unique character.
Review and agree to the End User Software License Agreement before proceeding.
If your organization has access to multiple agencies, select the appropriate organization from the dropdown menu.
π Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Case Management dashboard, where you can find:

Portal Announcements: Stay updated with essential alerts and maintenance schedules.

Client Search: Quickly search clients by ID, name, date of birth, or other details.

Messaging Inbox: Keep track of internal communications.

Recently Viewed Clients: Easily navigate back to recently viewed clients for quick access.
π Navigating the Left Menu Panel
The left menu panel offers several tools to manage case functions:

Client Tab: Access search functions, appointments, and client records.

Appointments List: Filter appointments by status, program type, or date range.

Appointment Packing List: Filter and view provision items given to clients.

Reports Tab: Pull and manage reports if granted access, including saved templates and recurring reports.

Messaging Tab: Create, reply, and forward messages within your organization.

Administration Tab: Manage imports, surveys, and assessments if enabled.

Support Tab: Access manuals, videos, and support updates.

New Client: Click the "New Client" button to begin recording a new clientβs information.

Client Records: Track client visits and services provided.
π Managing Appointments

Filter appointments by location, status, program type, or start and end date to create customized lists.

Packing List: Manage the provision items distributed to clients, like hampers or baskets.
π¬ Stay Updated

Check the Portal Announcements regularly for updates.

Use the Messaging tab to communicate internally with your team and send messages to groups within your organization.
