Network Administrators can edit existing programs, but not create new ones. All new programs, whether at the network or agency level, still need to be created by our support team. Please see here for more detailed information.
This article covers the following topics:
Network program
A network program is a program created at the network level to later be assigned to agencies. These are the same programs listed on the organization grid used to assign programs to agencies. These are programs created at the network level, common enough to be used and assigned to other agencies.
- Make sure you're logged in under the Network organization.
- Go to Administration, then Network Programs.
- To edit a program, click on the orange edit icon.
- To assign a program, click on the organization grid icon.
Agency program
An agency program is a program created at the network level that was customized at the agency level or a program initially created at the agency level.
- Make sure you’re logged in under the agency whose programs you want to review.
- Go to Administration, then Agency Programs.
- To edit a program, click on the orange edit icon.
- To assign a program to users at the agency, click on the group icon.
