With the School Year Meal Service Export, you will be able to custom-select fields you want to export between specific dates. You can also select the organization(s) and programs to export from.

How to generate a School Year Meal Service Export
While logged in at the Network or Agency follow these steps:
- On the left-hand side of the screen navigate to Administration.
- Click Export.
- Click on + New Export.
- Agree to the disclaimer by checking off the checkbox.
- Fill in the remaining information:
- Select the start and end dates.
- Check off the organization(s) and meal type(s) that you want to export data from.
- Check off the fields within the main sections (Meal Service, Participant, Meals) that you want to export data from.
- Click on Create Export.
- You will be brought back to the Exports page with a notification that your data is being generated.
- Refresh your page until you see your export on the page.
- When the export is ready, click on the blue view icon.
- Click Download CSV.
