These settings are the default for the entire network/all sites. The settings can be adjusted for specific sites under Agency Settings while logged into the sites.
Settings are split into School Year and Summer sections. Any changes made within each section will be applied to that section ONLY.

School Year Module Network Settings
Network ID
Under the section CE ID#, you will see Network ID # which would be a contracting entity number for the network.
Point of Service Option
Under the section Data Tracking you will see the following two options:
- Participant: the ability to record meals provided to participants listed on a Participants list. Depending on the settings selected for the site, a variety of demographic information can be tracked about the participant.
- Anonymous: the ability to record meals provided to participants by just recording numbers and not tracking participant information.
Application Settings
- Track meals available from previous day: the ability to enter the number of meals available from the previous day.
- Track waste using meals available from previous day: the ability to have the meals available from the previous day tracked as waste (only visible if the setting above is checked).
- Track number of meals received: the ability to enter the number of meals received for a service.
- Track if meals match the planned menu: if not selected, do not show “Do the meals match the planned menu".
- Track temperature of meals received: the ability to enter the temperature of meals received for a service.
- Track temperature of milk received: the ability to enter the temperature of milk received for a service.
- Track the time of meals received: the ability to enter the time of meals received for a service.
- Track the meal style being distributed: the ability to enter the type of meal being distributed - This will also require creating a corresponding list. More info here: Lists.
- Track Second Meals: if not selected, the system should disable users from tapping a name for second meals/turning orange.
- Track Third+ Meals: if not selected, the system should disable users from tapping a name for three meals or more/turning red.
- Track number of additional children requesting a meal after all available meals were served: the ability to track how many meals were requested after the meal service has ended.
- Track damaged/incomplete/non-reimbursable meals: the ability to track meals that cannot be distributed due to damage or being incomplete. You can also track those that are not reimbursable separately outside of this meal service.
- Track eligible carryover meals: the ability to track meals that are eligible to be carried over to the next meal service.
- Track additional meals served after meal service ends: ability to permit sites to track meals served after the meal service window and get an aggregate count of those extra meals.
- Track participant date of birth: track the date of birth of the participant when creating their profile.
- Track lunch type: optional setting to track Free, Reduced, Paid, N/A.
- Track participant attendance: the ability to track if the participant just attended instead of attended and got a meal.
- Track participant gender: track the gender of the participant when creating their profile
- Track participant ethnicity: track the gender of the participant when creating their profile
- Track participant grade level: track the gender of the participant when creating their profile
- Track participant enrollment date: track the date the participant enrolled in the program
- Track participant withdrawal date: track the date the participant withdrew from the program
- Track participant dietary considerations: track the dietary considerations of the participant when creating their profile
- Track classroom: the ability to track the classroom for participants- This will also require creating a corresponding list. More info here: Lists.
- Track multiple meal services at same time: track/start more than one meal service while another is in progress.

Network Meal Service log
Networks can customize which columns show up in the network meal service log. Check off any of the following options to have them appear on the log.

School Year / Summer / Infant
- User Error Log: this enables the Error Log feature across the network.
- Show Dashboard Stats: this section will display a live count of total meals served at the location you're logged into. When logged into the network level, it will display the total meals served across all agencies for that day.
- Agency Settings for Individual Agency/Accessible Agencies Table:
- There are headings for School Year and Summer with the exceptions (anything that has been overridden from the Network Settings) for that agency listed under the appropriate program heading.
- Users can search for organizations and manage the agencies' settings from one location. Click the orange edit icon will open the organization in a new internet tab. Make needed changes and then save. Close the tab to resume editing other agencies.
- Empty Check Box: this option has been selected in the network's settings, but not the agency's settings.
- Checked Check Box: this option has not been selected in the network's settings, but is checked off in the agency's settings.
- Click on the Save button to save the items or Cancel to discard.
Note: currently there is no functionality that would allow for meal types across the network to be turned on at all sites at the same time; a bulk enabling so to speak, they will need to be turned on at each individual site.
