When it comes to a standard visit this is generally one that does not have an appointment being scheduled. Such as a walk-in pantry visit for example.
In order to record a standard visit:
- Click on the Services tab within your client's profile.
- Click on the program tile for the program you wish to record the service for. These buttons are typically blue in color.
- Fill in any required fields, just like when creating a client profile and fields with a blue asterisk are required.
- Click on the Save button to save changes or Cancel to discard the changes.
