Improvements published in the 2.12.4 release include the rolling out of Anonymous household members which will help intake users add household members without collecting any personal information. This release also adds the ability to archive and un-archive a client record without contacting Link2Feed support. We are also introducing the App Switcher, which will let you switch between multiple Link2Feed products quickly.
These updates will be available on the live site on the morning of Friday, March 10th.

What's changed
Turn on the ability to add Anonymous Household Members
Network admins and above will be able to turn on the ability to add Anonymous Household Members for their agencies. This setting is turned off by default for all networks.
Add Anonymous Household Members
Intake users and above can now add Anonymous Household Members if network admins have enabled this setting. Adding an Anonymous Household Member bypasses mandatory field requirements for household members. Intake users can return anytime to the profile and add information about the household member to convert them from an anonymous member to a regular household member. When adding information after an Anonymous Household Member is created you will be required to fill in all required fields as any change made will convert them to a full client and they will no longer be Anonymous. A category for Anonymous clients has also been added in the services tab under household information.
Archive Clients
Intake users and above can now archive clients. Archived clients do not appear in searches and their profiles cannot be viewed by intake users and agency managers. Historical data for clients remains in reports and exports when they have been archived.
Activate Archived and Deceased Clients
Network admins have the ability to un-archive (activate) clients. They can search for the archived or deceased client and activate the client by opening the client profile and clicking on Activate Client.
Link2Feed App Switcher
The App Switcher button will enable you to switch between purchased Link2Feed products (CNCT, Inventory, Case Management, CACFP & SFSP) and Account Settings quickly.
