Improvements published in the 2.12.12 release include rolling out new language options on the Personal tab within Case Management and improvements to the CNCT Appointments page that will now show the client which services are available at particular locations. These improvements have been released to the Live site.

What's changed?
Addition of Languages on the Personal Tab
The Personal Tab Languages field has added 8 new languages to the drop-down menu of choices.
- Athabaskan
- Keres
- Tewa
- Tiwa
- Towa
- Punjabi/Panjabi
- Kanienʼkéha (Mohawk)
- American Sign Language (ASL)
What will this feature allow you to do?
Prior to these additions users were unable to record the above languages as the clients first language of choice. Now with the addition, users will know at first glance if English is not the first language spoken and may have more opportunity to provide a translator if necessary.
How does it work?
The above languages have been added to the Languages section on the Personal tab of the client profile. They can be recorded on the client file by scrolling through the drop-down menu or typing the language directly into the field.
The CNCT Appointment Page will now show available program(s)
We had recently rolled out an update in 2.12.11 to add support for multiple programs with CNCT, and received feedback that the appointment page was not displaying the name of the program (it was only showing location of the appointment). We have added the capability for CNCT to show which programs are associated with the locations offered.
What will this feature allow you to do?
This will allow clients to see which programs are available at locations when they are using CNCT to book services or reschedule.
How does it work?
When a client creates a new profile in CNCT or logs into CNCT to edit their profile or book services they will now see all locations available as well as programs offered at the location of choice.
