Improvements published in the 2.12.11 release include rolling out a CNCT Multiple Program feature, which allows Network and Agency Managers to have more than one appointment program available within CNCT. This reduces wait times, increases efficiency during intake, which in turn increases the number of clients served.

What's changed?
Ability to use multiple programs in CNCT for one location
Users can now see and select a specific location's available programs under a new Program drop-down menu within the Book an Appointment page in CNCT.
What will this feature allow you to do?
Prior to this change, clients looking to book an appointment for a program outside of what was listed in in CNCT were required to physically come to a location or call to book an appointment with intake staff.
This increased wait times and overall decreased efficiency during intake and reduced the amount of clients served.
How does it work?
We’ve added a Program drop-down menu to the Book an Appointment page in CNCT that is dynamic to the Location drop-down menu. Based on the Location a client selects, the Program drop-down menu will alter itself to display available programs within the site selected.

Recommendations from Link2Feed's Professional Services Team
1. Ensure to start small! Within the CNCT tool, you will find a list of agencies you can add to CNCT under the Feature tab. Reach out to the agencies before adding their programs to CNCT to ensure their settings are correctly in place.
2. Ensure agencies have their programs ready to go. Under the 'Agency Programs' tab within Case Management, agency admins can edit their appointment-based programs for CNCT by:
- Adjusting the Summary text for the program to show as a client description within CNCT.
- Adjusting the hours of operations and their caseloads to ensure a manageable number of clients are coming in for service.
- Select the "Do Not Allow CNCT Appointments" checkbox within the program in question if they do not wish for it to appear in CNCT.
