What's changed?
Automated Attendance List for Clients Without Visits
Users can now identify clients who have not yet recorded a visit into the system.
What will this feature allow you to do?
The feature will allow food banks to:
- Follow up with clients who have not yet made a visit.
- Identify the total percentage of people who created a profile but have never come in for an appointment.
- Estimate how long onboarding will take for these clients and schedule appropriate time for them.
How does it work?
We've added an entry to the attendance list called automated clients without visits. Opening this view will show a list of all clients who have not yet recorded a visit in the system.
Ability to Export Identification Details Using Custom Barcode Fields
Users can now export barcode IDs, alongside other identification types used within the Lists function.
What will this feature allow you to do?
- It will enable users to use custom barcode fields to pull results on the export of visits.
- This adds the capability to extract this information for anyone who has recorded a visit (as part of the visit export) with a completed ID field.
How does it work?
A new field has been added to the Visit Export called Identification. It will display the client barcode field and any other custom ID fields that the food bank is using such as driver's license number, passport, number plate, etc.
Users will be able to generate an export of all barcode fields by generating a report. This will not appear on Regional exports as an option.
Pending Transactions Report
Users can now generate a report to view all pending transactions in POS for Inventory through their Case Management application.
What will this feature allow you to do?
This report will allow Networks (utilizing inventory) to follow up with the agencies on their pending statuses and monitor them from a network level.
How does it work?
We added a new report called Pending Transactions report in the client section of inventory. The report will list all pending transactions with the following information:
- Agency
- Client ID
- Created At
- Visit Date
- Created By
This report can be filtered by the organization under the network and the visit dates. This report is also exportable as PDF and CSV.
