Improvements published in the 2.12.5 release include the rolling out of consent to contact which will help intake users record phone, text, or e-mail consent from clients. Turning on consent to contact will also display the consent status on the appointment list and CSFP kit issuance list. This release also adds the ability to restrict anonymous visits under TEFAP. If your state requires you to restrict anonymous TEFAP visits you can now use this setting to enforce it in your agencies.
We are also releasing a Link2Feed Support bot to the site which will allow you to search for documentation to answer questions you may come across using the site.
These updates will be available on the live site on the morning of Friday, April 21st, 2023.

What's changed?
Consent to Contact
Turning on Consent to Contact
Consent settings can be turned on by network admins from the Case Management Field Settings and can be set to optional or mandatory. By default, this setting is turned off.
Adding consent status to a client
Once consent to contact has been turned on, you can add the client's consent status in the "Personal" tab. You can change the client's consent status at any time by going back to the "Personal" tab and selecting the appropriate consent options.
Viewing Consent Status in Appointment Lists
Intake users and above can view the consent status in the Appointment List and CSFP Kit issuance List. This will allow agency managers to contact their clients to follow up on appointments and visits.
Hiding consent to contact in CNCT
Network admins have been granted the ability to turn on or turn off consent to contact in CNCT. Turning on the consent settings in CNCT will force your clients to share their consent status while registering. This setting is turned on by default, in order to hide consent to contact from your clients; you will have to navigate to CNCT then select Administration then Fields, and hide the consent fields individually.
Generating an Export of Consent Status and the type of phone number used
Intake users and above (who have access to exports) can now generate an export of consent status. This will help organizations track their promotions and enable better communication with clients as the export will also provide the type of phone number alongside the phone number of the client.
Restricting Anonymous TEFAP visits
Turning on restrictions
If your state does not require you to record anonymous TEFAP visits you can now restrict these types of visits. These settings are turned off by default, so you will have to turn on this setting individually.
Link2Feed Support Bot
We have added a faster way to search for answers in our User Manual while using Link2Feed. In the bottom right-hand corner, you can click on the Link2Feed bubble and then navigate to Support Documentation. The Link2Feed Bot allows you to ask questions and the bot will retrieve any articles that may be helpful.
