What's changed?
Appointment List Drop-down Menu
Users can now select a client’s appointment status from within the Appointment List.
What will this feature allow you to do?
Prior to this change, anyone looking to mark an appointment as collected would have needed to navigate through additional steps to edit every appointment.
As this was causing difficulty for some occasional volunteer workers, we have now made the process seamless by introducing a drop-down menu to the Appointment List.
How does it work?
We’ve added a drop-down menu to the Appointment List. Selecting the drop-down menu will allow a partner to mark an individual appointment as collected without having to leave the Appointment page.

Private Default Mode for Notes
Network Admins can now set Notes to private at the network level.
What will this feature allow you to do?
This update will allow Network Admins to ensure the privacy of clients by setting all notes to private by default.
How does it work?
A new network intake setting has been added that ensures all notes relating to clients are set to private by default. Network Admins are required to navigate to this network intake setting and check the box labeled Private.
Users will still have the flexibility to uncheck a box under each individual note if they wish to override the privacy setting and make the note visible to others. Users will also have the option to make the note an alert note.
